一种防H_2S腐蚀的缓蚀剂制备与现场挂片试验研究 被引量:18

摘要 在酸性气田的开发过程中,天然气中含有的H2S等腐蚀介质会严重腐蚀井下管柱,造成管柱的穿孔与破裂,甚至使油管串断落入井中等事故。针对气井的H2S腐蚀问题,通常采用加注缓蚀剂的方法来解决。以油酸、多胺、二胺等为原料合成了一种油酸咪唑啉,通过复配以OP-10、span-80、植物油Y、吡啶、有机溶剂T等制备出了一种防H2S腐蚀的缓蚀剂。现场挂片试验表明该缓蚀剂通过分子中的极性原子或基团的吸附成膜作用和各种复配物的协同效应来防止或延缓了腐蚀反应的进行,是一种优良的防H2S腐蚀的缓蚀剂。扫描电镜分析了缓蚀剂加注前后挂片的腐蚀情况,进一步证明了该缓蚀剂对H2S腐蚀的缓蚀作用。 During the acidic gas field development, H2S corrosive medium and so on which in the natural gas can corrode the down-hole string seriously, creates the perforation and the breakage of the tube column, even causes the tubing string to fall into the well. People usually take the corrosion inhibitor to solve H2S corrosion of gas well. Taking oleic acid, multi-amines, diamidogen and so on as raw material synthesized one kind of oleic acid imidazoline. Through matching with OP-10, span-80, vegetable oil Y, the pyridine, organic solvent T and so on, a corrosion inhibitor preventing H2S corrosion has been prepared. The coupon experiment indicated that this corrosion inhibitor could prevent or delay corrosion response through adsorption film forming function of polar atom and base group in molecule and the conjoint effect of all kinds of complex, was one kind fine corrosion inhibitor which guards against H2S corrosion. Using scanning electron microscope analyzed the corrosion situation of coupon before and after injection the corrosion inhibitor, and the inhibition of corrosion of the anti-corrosive agent to H2S corrosion had been proven further.
