摘要
萨曼杰佩气田产出天然气中H2S平均含量为2.6%,CO2平均含量为3.19%,主要腐蚀形态为H2S腐蚀,在日常生产中通过向井下和管线加注缓蚀剂达到防腐的目的。本文对萨曼杰佩气田应用缓蚀剂防腐的现状进行了简要的介绍,结合生产现状,对缓蚀剂加注中存在的适应性进行简要分析,并参考国内外好的经验,对萨曼杰佩气田下步缓蚀剂防腐工作提出了建议。
In Samandepe gas field,average hydrogen sulphide content in natural gas is 2.6%,carbon dioxide content is 3.19%,major corrosion form is hydrogen sulfide corrosion.In daily production,corrosion inhibitor is injected to hole and pipeline to prevent corrosion.In this paper,the present situation of corrosion inhibitor's application in Samandepe gas field is introduced briefly,the adaptability of corrosion inhibitor injection is analyzed combining with the production condition.Some suggestions for corrosion inhibitor application in Samandepe gas field are presented.
