摘要
介绍了一种五个自由度的大型数控相贯线切割机,工件直径Φ4000-Φ8000mm;坡口角度30°～40°,割孔直径Φ50～Φ550mm,对机械部分特别是机头作了较为详细的介绍。并提供了一种可以通过AutoCAD软件快速准确的对所切割的相贯线软件进行数控编码的方法。
It introduce a design of CNC.Big intersection circle flame cutting machine, and the production diameter： φ4000-φ8000mm,and the angle of gradient： 30°-40° ,cutting diameter：φ950- φ550mm,It has made a detailed introduction to the machine part especially the cutting head. Even it provided a method which could translate the numerical control encoded fast and accurately by using AutoCAD.
