摘要
利用解析几何的原理建立了两管及多管相交问题的数学模型,通过数值分析方法求得了相贯线的几何形状。考虑管的厚度,将管接头的切割运动分解为管的旋转、割炬的平移及摆动三轴运动,并给出了其几何学及运动学分量。
Base on the principle of analytic geometry, the mathematical model of the intersected pipes is established in this paper, and the curve of intersection is worked out by numerical analysis. The cut of pipes connector is decomposed into the rotating of the pipe, the moving and the swing of the torch. Their movement components are given also.
