摘要
本文采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪及高效氨基酸自动分析仪对虎刺 木中微量元素及氨基酸进行了测定，结果表明：虎刺木含有多种人体必要的微量元素及氨基酸。实验数据为开发利用本品、探讨微量元素对人体疾病关系的研究及临床安全用药，提供了参考。
With ICP mass spectrometer and high performance amino acid autoanalyzer, the contents of trace element and amino acid in A. armata (Wall.) Asm were determined. Experimental results showed that there are many kinds of amino acid and trace element which is necessary for human body in A. armata (Wall.) form Experimental data offers the reference for development and research of A. armata (Wall.) Seem and studying the relation between trace element and disease and clinic safe use of drug.
