五加参主要活性成分的抗应激作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为了开发、利用丰富的五加参资源,对五加参主要活性成分进行抗应激作用研究。方法:建立耐缺氧、耐低温、抗疲劳、心肌缺血的动物模型,观察五加参主要活性成分楤木总甙对动物抗应激能力的影响。结果:五加参能显著提高小鼠的抗应激能力,对大鼠急性心肌缺血具有保护作用。 Objective: To develop its abundant resources, study on anti-stress function of major functional components of Aralia Chinese L was performed. Method: establish model mice of hypoxia-tolerance, low-temperature resistance and anti-fatigue. Observe effect of the major functional components of Aralia Chinese L aralosides on the anti-stress of mice. Results: Aralia Chinese L could develop the anti-stress function of mice obviously and have sheltering effect on rat myocardial ischemia.
