摘要
从濒死的大黄鱼体内分离出3株菌株并进行生化鉴定,具有高度一致性,命名为NT-AH。毒力试验和药物敏感试验结果显示,该菌为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,有动力,氧化酶为阳性,葡萄糖产酸产气,水解七叶苷、水杨素、阿拉伯糖、精氨酸及赖氨酸;一定浓度的菌体和培养液离心上清对小鼠均有致死作用;该菌对所试药物均无敏感性。所分离鉴定的细菌为致病性嗜水气单胞菌。
The bacteria strain NT-AH were isolated from Large yellow croaker which were identified as aeromonas hydrophila by bacteriological method. The strain were tested of drug sensitivity. The results showed that the strain had the resistance to eleven kinds of antibiotics, but had no sensitivity to any kind of antibiotics. The health ICR mice were injected by the strain and the centrifugal supernatant of the strain by liquid media culture. The LD50 of NT-AH were 1×10^7CFU.ind-1 and the centrifugal supernatant can kill the ICR mice in 48h.
