摘要
对杭州地区患病的中华绒螯蟹进行了病原的分离和鉴定 ,从病蟹体内分离到 2株革兰氏阴性杆菌 ,单极生鞭毛 ,运动 ,兼性厌氧 ,发酵葡萄糖产酸产气 ,氧化酶、过氧化氢酶阳性 ,七叶苷、蔗糖、水杨素阴性 ,还原硝酸盐 ,对氨苄青霉素和羧苄青霉素敏感等 ,同易损气单胞菌的形态特征、生理生化特性基本相同 ,故将这 2株病原菌鉴定为易损气单胞菌 (Aeromonas trota)。人工注射感染健康蟹后 ,均在 2 d内死亡 ,死亡率为 10 0 %,从而证实易损气单胞菌为此次患病中华绒螯蟹的致病菌。
Two strains of bacteria were isolated from haemolymph,liver,ascites and muscle of the diseased Eriocheir sinensis,which were cultured in the ponds in Hangzhou.All of the isolates were Gram-negative rods,motile by means of single polar flagella,and were facultatively anaerobic;Glucose was catabolized with production of acid and gas;Oxidase,Catalase were positive,Esculin,sucrose,salicin were negative;Nitrite was produced from nitrate.These isolates were sensitive to ampicillin and carbenicillin.Morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics of the present isolates were the same as those of Aeromonas trota,therefore,the pathogen isolated from the diseased Eriocheir sinensis was identified as Aeromonas trota.The mortality of artificial infection were 100%,which ascertained that the bacterial isolates should be the pathogen of the Eriocheir sinensis.Drug-sensitivity tests were carried out and thus successful treatment was made.
