摘要
新升格本科院校要迅速提高教学管理水平,规范教学管理,不断提高教学质量,以适应本科办学需要。结合河池学院实际情况,笔者认为首先应该从以下几个方面着手:建立健全教学管理制度,实现规范化管理;构建教学管理科学化体系,提高教学管理工作效能;加强管理队伍建设,提高教学管理的整体水平;加强教学环节管理,构建系统的质量监控和评估体系;以本科教学水平评估指标体系为标杆,全面加强教学管理的力度。
The new promoting undergraduate colleges and universities are obliged to teaching management, to regulate teaching management in order to adapt to teaching demand and promptly improve to improve teach- ing quality gradually. Combined with the factual situation of Hechi Univerwsity, the writer thinks that the following aspects should be taken into consideration： establishing and perfecting teaching management system, fulfilling standardized management; constructing a scientific teaching management system and improving teaching manage- ment ment; ment agement must be fully increased.
