摘要
教学管理水平是确保高校教学工作的关键因素,实现教学管理工作的科学化、规范化和现代化,是所有高校教学管理者的共同愿望。本文针对目前高校教学管理中存在若干问题进行了思考,并提出相应的对策。
Teaching administration is a key element in running college.This paper ponders on the existing problems in college teaching administration,and suggests some countermoves to them.
