摘要
高校教学管理应坚持以人为本的教学理念,以规范化、竞争化、最优化为原则,不断深化教学改革,加强教学管理科学化,为高等教育的大发展提供条件和保障。
The management of teaching in universities should stick to the human-oriented conception and persist in the principles of standardization, competitiveness, and optimization. Teaching reform should be constantly reinforced and scientific management strengthened so as to provide conditions and guarantee for further development of higher education.
