摘要
本实验以烫伤和创伤休克为模型,用单克隆缺本间接免疫荧光标记法对休克时白细胞表面LFA-1的表达进行了研究。结果烫伤及创伤休克白细胞表面LFA-1表达无增另甚至减少,提示LFA-1表达数量变化不是介导休克时白细胞粘附及渗出的主要原因。
To study the role of the quantitative changes of LFA-1 expression on leukocyte in leukocyte adhesion in shock,monoclonal antibody indirect immunofluorescence labeling method was used to observe the surface expression of LFA-1 on leukocyte in burn and traumatic shock rat and patient. The results showed that no change or even decrease of LFA-1 suface expression on leukocyte after severe burn and trauma was found,which indicated that the quantitative changes of LFA-1 expression were not the primary reason for mediating leukocyte adhesion and diapedesis.
