摘要 在分析印染质量因素的基础上,构建印染质量的层次结构模型。采用模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy-AHP)对印染产品的质量进行分析,由模糊层次分析法求得各质量指标的相对重要度排序向量,然后对实际测量值按评分标准打分,最后进行综合评价。最后对福建一印染厂的产品进行质量评定,评定结果符合实际,证明该评价方法具有可行性,并为质量分析提供更科学的数据。 Based on the analysis of the factors that affect dying quality, a hierarchical information model of the dyeing quality is established. The quality of the dyeing products are analyzed with the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP). The relative importance degree order vector of the dyeing factors are obtained with the method of FAHP. Based on the actual data, the grades and comprehensive evaluation result according to the standard are obtained. The article finally gives the evaluate result of a Fujian dyeing plant product, to conform to the reality. It proved this appraisal method has the feasibility, and provides a more scientific data for the quality analysis.
