摘要
物流服务外包是当前化工企业常见的业务模式。物流服务外包能为企业节省运营成本,有利于培养企业核心竞争力。为了保证服务水平,在选择第三方物流的同时也需要建立完善的承运商物流服务考核体系,加强承运商监督机制。由于不同因素对考核结果:的影响不一,本文将运筹学中的AHP层次分析法应用到化工物流承运商评价体系中,用以确定各评价因素的影响权重,便于量化考核,使考核体系更加符合企业实际运营要求。
With the rapid development of chemical industry, logistics and supply chain management are drawing more and more attentions. To focus on the core business, the Third-Party Logistics is now widely used in various industries, including chemical industry. To assure and promote the service level, enterprises that use 3PL must establish an effective method to evaluate the performance of 3PL provider. In this paper, we use Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to set up such system to judge the service performance of 3PL provider.
