摘要
房地产业已成为经济增长中的支柱产业,其影响面甚广,但其价格的飞速上涨已超出居民的承受能力。针对影响其价格的五个因素,应用AHM法进行分析可以看出经济因素是影响其价格的最主要因素,区域因素和个别因素为主要因素,所以制定价格和调控时应首先考虑经济因素。
Real Estate has been becoming the pillar industry of economy development,but the runaway prices have been beyond the residents＇ endurance.This paper counters the five factors that influenced the prices and analyzes them according to AHM,obtaining a conclusion that the chief facter is the economy while the main factors are district and individual.And it puts forward that thegovernment should considered the economic factor firstly while formulating and controlling the prices.
