摘要
吉eA是赣州市农业科学研究所利用该所(K17B/丰B)F3代保持系的优良株系,通过^60Coγ辐射诱变获得eui突变体,与K17A/(K17B/丰B)A的回交(B3F1)3代的不育株连续回交转育成的长穗颈不育系。吉eA农艺性状稳定、株叶形态好,播始历期70 d,比K17eA长7-8 d,不育株率100%,不育度100%,花粉败育率99.99%,开花习性较好,午前花比例高,柱头外露率高,柱头活力强,该不育系有轻度包颈,对“920”敏感,稻米品质优,抗性较强,千粒重较小。
"Ji eA" is an eui -CMS bred through baekerossing between the eui mutant from F3 maintainer line( K17B/Feng B) induced by ^60Co γ and the B3F1 from K17A/(K17B/Feng B)A. "Ji eA" has the characteristics of stable agronomic character, good plant type, 70 days from sowing to initial heading which is 7 -8 d longer than K17eA, 100% sterile plant rate, 100% sterile degree, 99.99% pollen abortion rate, good flowering habit, high percentage of spikelet opening before noon, high stigma exsertion, little enclosed panicle, sensitive to "920", good grain quality, strong resistance and light 1000 -grain weight.
