摘要 水稻高秆隐性基因eui基因由美国学者J.N .Rutger在 1 981年发现。介绍了通过将eui基因导入水稻恢复系和不育系的途径来提高杂交水稻制种产量的设想与实践 ,以及杨仁崔通过直接辐射诱变方法育成高秆隐性 (e型 )恢复系和e型不育系的研究成果 ;综述了我国在水稻长穗颈不育系的选育、e型杂交水稻组合的选育及其制种等方面的研究进展 ,提出了今后e型杂交水稻的研究方向。 The recessive long-culm geneeui in rice was discovered by American scholar J.N. Rutger in 1981. The assumption and practice in transferring eui gene into the restoring line and sterile line of rice in order to enhance the yield of hybrid rice in seed production, and YANG Ren-cui's studying success in breeding of recessive long-culm (e-type) restoring lines and e-type sterile lines by direct radiation induction technique were introduced. The study progress in breeding of rice sterile line with long spike-neck, selection and seed production of e-type hybrid rice combinations and so on in China were summarized, the study direction of e-type hybrid rice in the future was put forward.
