摘要
试验采用2×2(温度:10vs22℃;CL:3vs010-6)4重复完全交叉分组试验设计研究低温与克伦特罗(Clenbuterol,CL)对29~56日龄AA雌性肉仔鸡生产性能的影响,结果表明:低温显著降低肉仔鸡生产性能,全期平均日采食量和耗料增重比分别增加5.94%和9.09%(P<0.01),平均日增重降低了2.94%(P<0.05),且平均日增重还表现出对低温的适应。CL对试验全期肉仔鸡生产性能没有影响(P>0.05),但却显著降低整个加药期内肉仔鸡的平均日采食量和耗料增重比(P<0.01),并且添加与停药后1周内表现出CL对生产性能的应激负效益。低温下添加CL在加药后第2、3周对肉仔鸡饲料效率具有改善作用(P<0.05)。
A factorial 2×2(temperature:10 vs 22℃;clenbuterol:3 vs 0 ppm)experiment was conducted with female AA broilers to study the effectof low environmental temperature(LT)and β-agonist,Clenbuterol(CL) onthe performance of 29~56 days’chicks.The results showed that:(1)LTsignificantly decreased the performance of broilers.The average dailyfeed in take and feed/gain ratio increased by 5.94% and 9.09%respectively (P<0.01),the average daily weight gain decreased by 2.94%(P<0.05),Furthermore,there was adaption of daily weight gain to LT.(2)Cl had no significant effect on the performance of chicks during thewhole experiment period (P>0.05),but significantly lowered averagedaily feed intake and feed/gain ratio in the period of CLadministration(P<0.01),In addition,there were negative effcets of CL onthe performance of broilers in 1st week of CL supplementation and 1stweek after withdrawal of CL.(3)The CL administration in LT had positiveeffect on feed efficiency in the 2nd and 3rd week after CL treatment(P<0.05).
