枯草芽孢杆菌和抗生素对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 选用135头平均体重为8.43kg的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,采用3×3两因子完全交叉试验设计,研究了饲料中添加3个枯草芽孢杆菌水平(0、0.1%、0.15%)和3个抗生素(金霉素+抗敌素)水平(0、0.1%+0.04%、0.15%+0.06%)对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。试验共设9个处理,每个处理3个重复。试验期为28d,分为前期(1-14d)和后期(15-28d)2个阶段。结果表明:单独或联合添加枯草芽孢杆菌和抗生素能显著提高断奶仔猪前期、后期、全期的日增重,显著降低饲料增重比和前期腹泻。其中添加0.1%枯草芽孢杆菌和0.1%金霉素、0.04%抗敌素能显著提高断奶仔猪全期日增重、显著降低饲料增重比。试验表明,芽孢杆菌和抗生素可不同程度上提高断奶仔猪的生产性能,且两者存在互作效应。
