摘要
风险社会理论揭示了当代社会发展的悖论和风险社会的结构性困境。和谐发展观内在地包含了对现代社会的发展悖论和风险社会的结构困境的双重超越。在当代中国,伴随着风险问题的凸显,正确处理发展与风险的关系成为构建和谐社会的关键。社会转型期存在的风险在现实中体现为诸多的不和谐因素。这就要求在发展与和谐的辩证关系中化解风险根源,从调整社会发展方式和提升社会秩序品质出发来超越发展的悖论,开创出一条摆脱风险社会困境的和谐发展道路。
The theoretical research on risk society is intented to avoid social risks and promote the building of the harmonious society. The important contributions of the theory consist of two central interrelated theses. One concerns the double-divergent dilemma of contemporary development and the other concerns the structural plight of risk society. The stratagem of building a harmonious society for the future, contains the double surmount of the developmental dilemma and structural plight. In modern China, with the ariding of risk problem, the relation between development and risk has become the key to building a harmonious society. The disharmonious factors are the hidden risks with which the transitional China is faced. Therefore, we must deal with the relation between development and harmony for preventing risks, and then adjust the strategies of social development and finally implement the harmonious development to surmount the plight of risk society.
