摘要
以制度供给为视角,分析了上海市深度老龄化的结构特点,揭示了其居家养老服务供给机制在总量、内容、层次和布局等方面存在的结构性困境。在此基础上,从多元主体协同、拓宽服务内涵、推动队伍职业化建设、健全评估机制等维度提出了优化居家养老服务供给的可行路径。
In the perspective of institutional supply,this essay analyzes in depth the structural characteristics of the deep aging in Shanghai City. It reveals the structural difficulty of the supply mechanism of home care services in the total amount,content,level and layout. Based on this,it puts forward the feasible path to optimize the supply mechanism of home care service,which is based on the dimensions of multi agent collaboration,broadening the connotation of service,promoting the construction of the team and improving the evaluation mechanism.
