摘要
面对新形势新情况,大学生思想政治教育既面临有利条件,也面临严峻挑战,工作中存在着不够适应和不少薄弱环节,迫切需要我们进一步加强和改进。文章在对大学生思想政治教育现状进行全面分析的基础上,从高校所承担的基本职能入手,剖析了大学生思想政治教育必须坚持以人为本的原因,并探索了坚持以人为本的五条基本途径。
In the face of the new situation, university student＇s ideological and political education has already encountered both the advantage and the severe challenge. Lack of applicability and many weak links, it needs to be urgently strengthened and improved further. Based on the analyse of the current situation and in a way of its fundamental function in the university, this text has analyzed the reasons why university student＇s ideological and political education must adhere to People First, and stated the basic ways to the term of ＂People First＂.
