摘要
随着市场经济的发展和国家就业政策的改变,大学生就业已经告别了"统包统分"的历史。由于高校扩招和前几年金融危机的影响,就业形势日趋严峻。大学生作为就业大军中一支不可忽视的力量,其就业情况关乎社会、高校、家庭及学生个人的发展,也因此备受各界关注。大学生要顺利实现就业,除了要具备过硬的专业素质和就业能力外,还应积极主动地接受求职技巧训练,包括求职心态的调整、求职材料的准备、就业信息的收集整理和求职考试的演练。
With the development of market-oriented economy and the changes in national employment policy, college I graduates have been far away from the traditional national policy of unified assignment. There is an increasingly grim employment situation because of the expansion of higher education and the financial crisis a few years ago. The employment situation of college graduates, as an important power which can＇t be ignored in the work force, is closely linked to the society, universities, families and the development of the students themselves, thus attracting great attention from all walks of life. In order to be hired smoothly, graduates have to be in possession of exeellertt professional qualities and employability. Besides, they have to have the job-seeking training, such as the adjustment of the job-seeking attitude, the preparation of job-seeking materials, the collection of the employment information and the drills of job test, etc.
