摘要
目的:探讨在急性髓系白血病(AML)伴急性肿瘤溶解综合征(ATLS)患者治疗和预防中的疗效。方法:选择60例AML伴不同程度ATLS的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方丹参注射液,分别观察两组疗效及有关指标。结果:治疗组ATLS的发生率明显低于对照组,治疗组中已经发生ATLS的较对照组症状轻,且不良反应轻微;治疗组血小板(PLT)、凝血功能(PT、APTT)较对照组无明显差异。结论:复方丹参注射液在AML伴ATLS患者治疗和预防中的疗效肯定,副作用小,且很经济。
Objective： To study the effect of CPSMIF for patients with acute leukemia （ACL） combined with ATDS. Methods：Total of 60 ACL patients divided into treatment group and control group 30 in each group,the treatment group was treatsed with the compound prescription salvia miltiorrbiza inoculation fluid. Results ：The development rate of ATDS in treatment group was lower than the control group obviously, and the side effects were slightly. Conclusion：The compound prescription salvia miltiorrhiza inoculation fluid is effective for ACL combined with ATDS.
