摘要
应用双工彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测了３０例正常人及８９例糖尿病患者的肾动脉，观察不同阶段糖尿病肾病的彩色多普勒超声血流图像；测量肾动脉主干，段动脉、叶间动脉，弓形动脉血流频谱。Ⅰ组各级肾动脉血流频谱的各项参数与正常对照组比较，均未见统计学差异（Ｐ值＞０．０５）；Ⅱ组各级肾动脉的ＲＩ明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ值＜０．０１），Ｖｄｍｉｎ、Ｖｄｍｉｎ／Ｖｓｍａｘ均明显降低（Ｐ值＜０．０１），Ｖｓｍａｘ在叶间动脉和弓形动脉明显降低（Ｐ值＜０．０１），Ⅲ组各级肾动脉的ＲＩ明显升高（Ｐ值＜０．０１），Ｖｄｍｉｎ、Ｖｄｍｉｎ／Ｖｓｍａｘ明显降低（Ｐ值＜０．０１），Ｖｓｍａｘ在叶间动脉和弓形动脉降低（Ｐ值＜０．０５）。
Duplex color Doppler was used to detect the blood flow spectrum of main renal arteries, segmental arteries, interlobar arteries and arcuate arteris of kidneys in 89 diabetics and 30 normal subjects. Results showed that The blood flow parameters of kidneys in group I were not statistically different from those in normal control group (P>0.05). In group Ⅱ compared with normal control group, RI significantly increased (P<0.01); Vdmin, Vdmin/Vsmax markedly decresaed in rindney blood vessels at different levels (P<0.01); Vsmax remarkably decreased only in interlobar arteries and arcuate arteries (P<0.01), In group Ⅲ, RI was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P<0.01); Vdmin and Vdmin/Vsmax were markedly lower than those in normal control group; Vsmax decreased only in interlobar and arcuate arteries (P<0.05).
