摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声判定糖尿病患者肾功能不全的价值。方法 本文总结了40例2型糖尿病患者的多普勒超声检查,其中肾功能不全期糖尿病肾病10例,临床糖尿病期肾病10例,无肾病糖尿病20例,并与年龄匹配的正常对照组20例对比分析。结果 肾叶间动脉阻力指数(RI)与年龄增长呈正相关,与糖尿病程度呈正相关。肾功能不全期糖尿病肾病患者RI>临床糖尿病期肾病>无肾病糖尿病,它们之间有显著性差异P<0.05。结论 彩色多普勒超声在预测肾脏损害状态和判断肾功能不全方面有一定价值。
Objective To study the blood flow of renal artery in patients with type 2diabetes me-
lilitus using Doppler color flow imaging. Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were
selected,of which including 10 with chronic renal failure,10 clinical renal disease and 20 without
renal disease. 20 volunteer with matching age without diabetes as control The blood volume and
resistance index (RI) were measured by Doppler color flow imaging. Results the RI of interlobu-
lar artery of kidney has positive correlation with the age as well as severity of diabetes. Further-
more,the RI of patients with chronic renal failure was higher than clinical renal disease while
the RI of volunteer was the lowest. and each of them has significantly difference(P<0. 05).
Conclusion Doppler color flow imaging can be used to evaluate the degree of damage at kidney
as well as renal function.
