摘要
目的 :研究高血压病伴左室肥厚患者肾血流的改变。方法 :对 4 6例高血压病左室肥厚患者 (A组 )和3 0例高血压病无左室肥厚患者 (B组 )的肾动脉主干和段间动脉进行彩色多普勒肾血流动力学检测。结果 :A组的肾动脉主干和段间动脉阻力指数 RI明显高于 B组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,Vsmax在两组之间差异不明显 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;Vdmin A组明显低于 B组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :高血压左室肥厚的患者同时有肾血管的损害 ,早期检测和发现这种肾血流的改变有助于阻止高血压的进展和指导治疗。
Objective:To observe the change of arteriorenal blood flow in patients with essential hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:We have observed 46 patients of essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy (group A) and 30 cases of essential hypertension without left ventricular hypertrophy (group B),whose main renal artery and intersegmental renal artery were measured by color Doppler renal hemodynamics.Results:Resistance index (RI) of main renal artery and intersegmental renal artery in group A was obviously higher than in group B (P<0.001).There was no significant difference in V smax of renal artery between the two groups (P>0 05);V dmin of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (P<0 001).Conclusion:The impairing change of renal vessel was found in patients with essential hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.For preventing the progress of hypertension and guiding its treatment,it is very useful to measure and find out the change of renal blood flow in early phase.
