摘要
本文通过对１９例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤声像图表现及其病理基础的研究，表明肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的典型声像图特点是具有包膜反射的形态规则的低回声肿块。随着肿瘤内部结构的不同其回声高低变化。肿瘤的回声高低取决于肿瘤细胞、血管。
Ultrasonography and pathological basis of 19 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma were studied. The result showed that regular low echo mass with reflet of membrane is the typical ultrasonographic characteristics of adrenal pheochromocytoma. Whether the tumor shows low or high echo is determined by the variation of its internal structure. The low or high echo depending on the distribution and amount of the tumor cells, vessels and fibrous tissue.
