摘要
对19例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤声像图表现及其病理结构进行研究。结果表明肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的典型声像图特点是具有包膜反射的形态规则的低回声肿块。随着肿瘤内部结构的不同，其回声强弱也有变化。认为肿瘤的回声强弱取决于肿瘤细胞、血管、纤维组织的含量多少和分布状态。
The study of pathological bases and ultrasonographies of adrenal pheochromocytoma was carried out. The result showed that regular low echo mass and membrane was the typical ultrasonographies of adrenal pheochromocytoma. The different pathological fundatlon of the tumor showed low or high echo. Which depended on distribution and content of the tumor cells and vessels and fibers.
