摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行示踪法,对大鼠杏仁体及丘脑背内侧核至额前皮质各区的纤维投射进行了研究。将HRP分别导入右侧额前皮质各区,同侧丘脑背内侧核可见密集的标记细胞,并有局部定位关系;杏仁体的标记细胞主要见于同侧基底外侧核和外侧核,其次见于同侧基底内侧核及皮质核,少量见于前杏仁核区和皮质杏仁移行区,间介核和中央核中未见标记细胞。标记细胞在杏仁体的分布随导药部位不同而有差异。
The projections of amygdala and mediodorsal thalamus nucleus (MD) to each area of prefrontal cortex (PFC) in the rat were examinated by using HRP retrograde tracing technique,The following rerults were obtained:when HRP was injected each area of right PFC,the most numerous labeled cells were concentrated in ipsilateral MD and there was topographical stereotaxic relation.Labeled cells in amygdala were found mainly in ipsilateral basomedial nucleus (nu) and lateral nu,secondly in ipsilateral basomedial nu and cortical nu,fewly in anterior amygdala area and cortex amygdala transition zone,hardly in intercalated nu and central nu.Distribution of the labeled cells was different in amygdala,because HRP was injected in different PFC.
