电针抑制内脏痛诱发的大鼠丘脑背内侧核痛放电 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨丘脑背内侧核MD是否参与内脏痛信息的传递及电针的作用。方法 :采用玻璃微电极细胞外记录的方法 ,观察①内脏痛对大鼠MD诱发放电的影响 ;②电针对内脏痛刺激诱发的大鼠MD痛放电的影响 ,并均以外踝为非穴位对照。结果 :①内脏痛可在MD引导出诱发放电 ;②电针可明显抑制内脏痛诱发的MD痛放电 ,并具明显的穴位特异性。结论 :MD不仅接受痛信息的传递 ,并且在针刺镇内脏痛中起着一定的作用。 Objective: To check whether the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus(MD) participate in the message transmission of visceral pain(VP), and if electro-acupuncture(EA) inhibits it or not. Methods: By microelectrode and extracellular recording,the effect of the evoked discharges in MD to induce VP,and the effect of EA on evoked discharges in MD induced by VP were observed in rats. The acupoint selected was ZUSANLI,and the control point is the ipsilateral lateral ankle. Results: 1. VP could evoke unit discharges in MD of rats. 2. EA markedly inhibited the unit pain discharges induced by VP. Obvious difference was observed between acupoint and non-acupoint. Conclusion: MD receives the afferent messages of visceral pain,and may play a role in analgesia of acupuncture.
