细叶石斛原球茎和丛生芽增殖的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了筛选出适合细叶石斛原球茎增殖、丛生芽增殖的培养基配方,把相同发育阶段的原球茎接种于含不同激素浓度的培养基中生长;把丛生芽接种于激素浓度不同的培养基中生长.研究结果初步表明在MS+0.05mg·L-1NAA+0.15mg·L-16-BA培养基比较适合原球茎的增殖,MS+0.6mg·L-1NAA+1.0mg·L-16-BA培养基对丛生芽的增殖效果较好. In order to select suitable culture media for multiplication of Dendrobium hancockii Rofle protocorm and buds, the same growth stage of protocorm were cultured in the medium with different density hormone comparison in the culture condition; the fascicular buds were cultured in the media with different hormone density. The results showed that MS+0.05mg·L^-1NAA+0.15 mg·L^-1 6-BA was best medium for multiplication of protocorm, MS+0.6mg·L-1NAA+1.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA was best medium for multiplication of bud.
