镧对铁皮石斛幼苗生理特性及品质的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究稀土镧(La^3+)对铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)幼苗生理特性和品质的影响,在温室里用5-120 mg/L的镧溶液分别对铁皮石斛幼苗进行了喷施试验。结果显示,随着镧溶液浓度的升高,幼苗叶片和茎秆中叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、多糖、石斛碱的含量呈先增加、后降低的变化趋势,而丙二醛的含量先降低、后增加。综合而言,用20 mg/L镧溶液浓度喷施铁皮石斛幼苗为最佳处理浓度,此时叶片中叶绿素的含量比空白对照增加54.37%、可溶性蛋白含量增加53.64%、脯氨酸含量增加99.20%、丙二醛含量降低44.71%、多糖含量增加56.60%、石斛碱含量增加14.06%;茎秆中叶绿素的含量比空白对照增加17.48%、可溶性蛋白含量增加56.57%、脯氨酸含量增加253.64%、丙二醛含量降低74.91%、多糖含量增加88.73%、石斛碱含量增加24.54%。表明20 mg/L的镧溶液浓度处理能有效的促进铁皮石斛的光合作用、增强抗逆性和提高品质。 In order to study the effect of different concentration of Lanthanum(La^3+) on some physiological characteristics and quality of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo seedlings, the seedlings was sprayed by 5 to 120 mg / L La^3+in the greenhouse. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll, proline, soluble protein, polysaccharide and dendrobine in leaves and stems increased and then decreased with the increasing of La^3+concentration; while the content of malondialdehyde decreased before it increased. Combined with all the indexes, 20 mg / L La^3+solution was the best treatment concentration as the content of chlorophyll increased by 54.37%; soluble protein increased by 53.64%, proline increased by 99.20%, malondialdehyde decreased by 44.71%, polysaccharide increased by 56.60% and dendrobine increased by 14.06% in leaves compared with the control. The content of chlorophyll increased by 17.48%, soluble protein increased by 56.57%, proline increased by253.64%, malondialdehyde decreased by 74.91%, polysaccharide increased by 88.73% and dendrobine increased by 24.54%in stems, respectively. The concentration of 20 mg / L La^3+could effectively promote the photosynthesis, enhance the resistance and improve quality of D. officinale seedlings.
