吡啶-2-甲酸铜(Ⅱ)的合成及其晶体结构

摘要 以吡啶-2-甲醛缩N,N'-二甲基乙二胺和CuCl2·6H2O为原料反应制得配合物[Cu(pic)2]·2CH3OH·2H2O(pic-H,吡啶-2-甲酸),并通过X-射线衍射法测定其晶体结构.该化合物属于单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数:a=1.2260(5)nm,b=1.4126(6)nm,c=0.8789(4)nm,β=99.761(7)°.配合物为四配位的平面四边形构型,铜离子与甲醇分子中的氧原子存在着弱相互作用,因此Cu(II)离子的配位环境也可以描述为拉长的八面体构型.配合物通过π-π堆积作用形成一维链状结构. The interaction of Schiff base, which was condensed from 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde with N,N'-dimethyl-ethylenediamine, with CuCl2·2H2O unexpectedly leads to the formation of compound of the formula [Cu(pic)2]·2CH3OH·2H2O (H-pic = picolinic acid). The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The main crystal date is as follows: monoclinic, space group C2/c with cell parameters, a =1.2260(5) nm, b = 1.4126(6) nm, c = 0.8789(4) nm, β = 99.761(7)°. The coordination sphere of Cu(Ⅱ) can be either as quadrangle or elong octahedron.The 1D chain structure is formed by the π=π stacking.
