摘要
医学院辅导员的心理健康问题关系到医学院校各项工作的展开,关系到加强和改进医学生思想教育的开展。本文探讨了影响辅导员心理健康问题的因素所在,提出辅导员必须在职业价值观念、个人素质及职业环境等方面做出努力。
Mental health problems of political counselors in the medical college are related to the various work in college and they are involved in improvement of the students＇ ideological education. This paper analyzes the mental factors of the counselors that can impact on them. Thus, it concludes that counselors must try their best to improve the view of value,quality and adapts to the occupational environment.
