Solvothermal Synthesis of Nanocrystalline Pb(Zr_(0.52)Ti_(0.48))O_3 Powders

摘要 以硝酸铅、氧氯化锆、四氯化钛、氢氧化钾和氨水为原料,以乙醇和水的混合液为溶剂,采用溶剂热法合成了纳米Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3粉体。通过XRD和TEM对粉体进行了表征,并研究了醇水比(Vethanol/Vwater)和温度对粉体物相和粒径的影响。研究结果表明:在180℃、醇水比1:1以及KOH为2mol/L的条件下,可以制备粒径约为10nm的PZT粉体;适量乙醇的加入有利于合成纳米PZT粉体并降低生成PZT所需的温度。 Nanocrystalline Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT)powders have been synthesized by solvothermal process, in which a mixed solvent of ethanol and water was used as reactive medium and Pb(NO3)2, ZrOCl2·8H2O, TiCl4, KOH and NH3·H2O were used as reactants. The powders were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effects of Vethanol/Vwater and temperature on powders' morphology and particle size were studied. The results showed that PZT powders with an average particle size of 10 nm can be obtained at 180 ℃ with the alkaline concentration of 2 mol/L and Vethanol/Vwater of 1. Appropriate amount of ethanol is advantageous to produce nanocrystalline PZT powders and decrease the required temperature.
