摘要
简要介绍了原位加氢(或称催化转移加氢)反应的原理,并综述了催化转移加氢反应在重油处理领域中的应用,特别是在供氢热裂化与临氢-供氢热裂化技术中的应用,并对相关专利的申请进行了分析,归纳简述了反应中所用供氢剂和催化剂对反应的影响。该反应在重油处理领域的研究仍然较少,在供氢剂、催化剂及工艺流程的选择上未来还应进一步优化,以形成能够长周期运行的重油处理工艺,为我国炼油行业提供新的技术方案。
The principle of in-situ hydrogenation(or catalytic transfer hydrogenation)(CTH)was briefly introduced,the application of CTH in the field of heavy oil treatment was reviewed,especially in the application of hydrogen-supplying thermal cracking and hydrogen-supplying thermal cracking technology,and the application of related patents was analyzed.In addition,the influence of hydrogen-supplying agent and catalyst on the reaction was briefly described.In the future,the selection of suitable hydrogen donor,catalyst and process should be further optimized to form a heavy oil treatment process that could run for a long period,provide the new technical scheme for Chinese refining industry.
