机械刺激对C型子宫内膜种植窗期组织形态学的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨机械刺激对C型子宫内膜种植窗期组织形态学的影响。方法应用组织形态学方法和图像分析技术,观察、分析机械刺激C型子宫内膜10例与自然周期C型子宫内膜10例(对照组)的组织形态变化。结果刺激组C型子宫内膜种植窗期组织结构形态学指标:腺体面积、腺体周长、腺体最大直径、腺腔面积、腺腔周长、腺腔最大直径、腺上皮细胞总面积、腺上皮平均高度以及子宫内膜组织结构构成比指标:腺体面积、腺腔面积、腺上皮细胞总面积、腺/间比值在对照组较高,而间质面积较对照组低。结论(1)机械刺激可促进C型子宫内膜在种植窗期腺体发育。(2)机械刺激对于改善C型子宫内膜容受性具有一定可行性。 Objective To observe the effect of mechanical stimulation on the window of the implantation of endometrial morphology of pattern C. Methods Apply and organise morphological method and picture analystic technology to observe and analyse organisedly morphological change of 10 Pattern C Endometrium (mechanical stimulated group) with 10 Pattern C of endometrium (control group) . Results Tissue and morphology of mechanical stimulated of endometrium , Such as the glandular area, glandular circumference, maximal gland diameter, lumen of gland area , lumen of gland perimeter, lumen of gland maximum diameter glandular area, glandular epithelial cell total area and endometrium biopsies constituent ratios, such as the glandular area,lumen of gland area, glandular epithelial cell total area,glandular area/stromal areas are more than control group; but stromal area is less than control group. Conclusion 1. Mechanically stimulating can promote endometrium of Pattern C to form gland and the cell to develop. 2. Mechanical stimulation is safe and valid to improve acceptability, of Pattern C endometrium, samely, which has certain feasibility.
