摘要
电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析(ICP-AES)目前已广泛应用于各种物料的分析,然而溶液进样的常规方法仍有一些问题需要解决,例如低的雾化效率(~30%,)样品处理步骤费时,大量的稀释和可能引入的沾污,以及某些样品的不完全溶解等,因而直接固体采样分析引起了人们的重视和兴趣。直接固体采样的研究主要有电热蒸发法,直接插入装有样品的石墨棒和激光采样等。
Appication of 'Laser Complete Vaporisation' of solid samples for ICP-AES has been further studied by using ytterbium as a representative element for the determination of rare earths. A model of vaporisation of solid samples irradiated by a continuous laser beam was proposed qualitatively in this paper Detailed investigation indicated that the laset-ICP/AES system performed well for the direct analysis of solid powdered samples, giving good results for the direct analysis of ores and minerals.
