摘要
本文采用正交实验法研究了稀土氧化物La2O3、CeO2、Y2O3对陶瓷结合剂耐火度和强度的影响。实验研究发现稀土氧化物的添加对陶瓷结合剂的耐火度有一定影响,抗折强度也有所变化。Y2O3的含量从0%、2.5%到4.5%变化时,CeO2的含量从0%、1.5%到3.5%变化时对结合剂的耐火度影响不大。La2O3的含量从0%、0.75%到2.5%变化时结合剂的耐火度变化较大,对耐火度有明显的降低作用,但La2O3含量大于0.75%时结合剂的耐火度不在发生变化。La2O3、CeO2、Y2O3含量对结合剂抗折强度的影响的极差分别是0.99,1.16和2.92,说明其对强度的影响显著性顺序是:Y2O3>CeO2>La2O3。当La2O3、CeO2、Y2O3的含量分别是0.75,0.5和0.5时,结合剂的抗折强度最大。
This paper studied the effects of rare earth on the refractoriness and bend strength of vitrified bond. It was found out that when the content of Y2O3 and CeO2 changed from 0%, 2.5% to 4. 5% and 0%, 1. 5% to 3.5% respectively, the refractoriness changed a little. When the content of La2O3 changed from 0% ,0.75% to 2.5%, the refractoriness of the bond decreased obviously. When the content of La2O3 was 〉 0.75% ,there was no change in the refractoriness of the bond. The range of bend strength affected by La2O3, CeO2, Y2O3 are 0.99,1.16,2.92, so the sequence of significance of influence on the bend strength is Y2O3 〉 CeO2 〉 La2O3. The bend strength of vitrified bond approaches to the maximum when the content of La2O3 , CeO2 ,Y2O3 is 0. 75 ,0. 5 ,0. 5.
