不同组成的陶瓷结合剂对CBN砂轮性能的影响

摘要 本文通过检测不同组成陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮的物理性能和磨削性能,研究了碱金属氧化物含量及氧化铝与碱金属氧化物的质量比对CBN砂轮的影响,分析了陶瓷结合剂组成对CBN砂轮性能影响规律。研究发现:随着结合剂中碱金属氧化物含量的增加,CBN砂轮的硬度和抗折强度均呈上升趋势;当碱金属氧化物含量为15wt%时,CBN砂轮抗折强度达73MPa;氧化铝与碱金属氧化物的质量比对CBN砂轮抗折强度影响显著,当该比值为1时,CBN砂轮抗折强度最高可达85MPa,此时CBN砂轮锋利性良好,磨削比也较大。 This paper studied the physical and grinding performance of CBN grinding wheels with different compositions of ceramic bond to investigate the influence of alkali metal oxide content and the ratio of alumina to alkali metal oxide on CBN grinding wheels,and analyzed the influence law of the composition of ceramic bond on the performance of grinding wheels.The research found that an increase in the alkali metal oxide content in the bond would enhance the hardness and flexural strength of the CBN grinding wheel.When the alkali metal oxide content reached 15 wt%,the flexural strength of the grinding wheel was the highest,reaching 73 MPa.The ratio of alumina to alkali metal oxide had a significant impact on the flexural strength of the CBN grinding wheel.When the ratio of alumina to alkali metal oxide in the bond was 1,the flexural strength of the grinding wheel was the highest,reaching 85 MPa,and the grinding wheel had better sharpness and grinding ratio.
