水淬铝合金(7050)的步进锻打与压实之中心面残余应力预测(英文)

摘要 步进锻打可以减少铝锭水淬火后的残余应力 步进锻打与传统的压实方法对残余应力的降低作用有所不同 采用步进锻打后 ,铝锭的变形非常小 。 Step-over forging can reduce the residual stresses in the aluminum block after quenching.The function of step-over forging is a bit of less than the traditional single compression.It also shows that the shape distortion of the block is much little after step-over forging.The changed dimension of the block after step-over forging is almost the same as that after quenching. \ \
