摘要
ICP-AES是痕量稀土元素分析十分有效的方法,它在地质和冶金样品分析中已得到广泛应用,在高纯稀土氧化物中痕量稀土测定方面,也有许多报导。高纯稀土氧化物中稀土杂质元素检出限多在1~10μg/g之间(溶液检出限则为10—100ng/ml之间),并随谱线性质、仪器设备条件及操作参数和基本性质而异。
The interrelationship between the detection limits for spectrographic exposure of ICP-AES and the characteristics of spectral line, equipment conditions, operation parameters, and the concentration of rare earth element are discussed in this article. The results obtained have showed that the rare earth element with all-filled (f^(14)), semi-filled (f^7) and holofilled (f^0) f electron shell have satisfactory detection limits, However, the relationship between the detection limits and the 'ionization energy + excitation energy' is not definite. The presence of the rare earth element matrix will make the detection limits turn bad.
