摘要
对于带变压器拓扑结构的开关电源来说,变压器的电磁兼容性(EMC)设计对整个开关电源的EMC水平影响较大。本文以一款反激式开关电源为例,阐述了其传导共模干扰的产生、传播机理。根据噪声活跃节点平衡的思想,提出了一种新的变压器EMC设计方法。通过实验验证,与传统的设计方法相比,该方法对传导电磁干扰(EMI)的抑制能力更强,且能降低变压器的制作成本和工艺复杂程度。本方法同样适用于其他形式的带变压器拓扑结构的开关电源。
A properly designed transformer contributes a lot to the whole electromagnetic compatibility of a switch mode power supply which contains transformer (transformers) in its topology. The traditional EMC design method of transformer, including the source and transmission path of the common mode noise in flyback converter, is introduced. A new transformer EMC design method based on the idea of active noise nodes balance is proposed. Experimental results show that the new method provides a superior noise suppressing capability and lower cost and technology complexity of the transformer than the traditional one. This method is also applicable to other type's topology which contains transformer (transformers).
