反激式开关电源共模传导发射模型的分析与应用 被引量:5

Analysis and Application of Common-mode EMI Model of a Flyback Switch Mode Converter

摘要 以反激式开关电源为研究对象,分析了其共模传导噪声的干扰源、传输通道以及变压器分布电容参数对共模噪声的作用,建立相应的共模传导发射分析模型和变压器分布电容模型;重点分析了二次侧干扰源的影响及其作用机理,提出了一种简单但有效降低共模传导噪声的方法,并进行了实验验证。 Common-mode ( CM ) noise sources and its conduction paths of a flyback switch mode power supply areanalyzed. The influence of stray capacitances of the transformer on CM noise is also analyzed in details. Based on above analysis, models of C M emission and stray capacitance of transformer are built respectively. More attention is paid on the effect of secondary side noise source and its mechanism. A simple but effective method to reduce CM noise is introduced. The above analysis and models have been verified by experiments.
