摘要
变压器是反激式开关电源中的核心部件,分析了反激式变压器的工作原理,详细介绍了反激式变压器及其吸收回路的设计方法与一般步骤,包括齐纳钳位电压的计算、实际占空比的计算、电感值的计算、磁芯的选择、各路输出绕组匝数的确定以及气隙的计算。试验表明,所设计的变压器在实际电路中表现出良好的电气特性,能够在输入电压变化较大的情况下长期稳定的工作。
Transformer is the core of flyback switching power supply device. The working principle of the flyback transformer was analyzed. The concrete method and the detailed procedures about the design of flyback transformer and its absorption circuit were introduced, which included the calculation of Zener clamping voltage, the calculation of actual duty ratio, the calculation of inductance, the select of magnetic core, the calculation of winding turns,and calculation of air-gap. Experimental results show that the designed transformer and its snubber circuit have excellent electrical performance in practical circuit. It can work stable with a wide range of input voltage.
