逆焊接处理对金属材料抗疲劳性能的测试 被引量:11

摘要 用16MnR,Q235,20g三种石油化工容器、塔类制作常用的材料制成式样后,进行逆焊接加热处理。再对处理后的试样进行应力和疲劳测试。通过对所的数据分析后,得出逆焊接加热处理工艺是一种很有效的调整焊接残余应力的技术。它能够有效的降低金属材料的焊接残余拉应力,如果温差足够大可以在被处理表面形成双向压缩残余应力层,提高金属材料抗疲劳性能。 The test piece which was made from metal material such as 16MnR, Q235 and 20g was processed using anti- welding- heating treatment. The stress and fatigue was tested for the processed piece. Through the data analysis, it was obtained that anti-welding-heating treatment is a kind of effective technology about adjusting the welding residual stress, which can decrease the welding residual tensile stress of the metal material. If the difference in temperature is big enough, a bidirectional compress residual stress layer will be formed on the processed metals surface, which can improve fatigue resistance ability of metal material.
