摘要
用有限元数值模拟分析了采用逆焊接加热处理方法在试板厚度方向产生的温度场分布.计算比较了采用水作为冷却介质,不同的加热温度、试板厚度以及不同材料等因素对形成温度场的影响,为进一步采用热弹塑性理论计算应力场分布奠定了基础.
The distribution of temperature in thickness direction of test plates being treated with AWHT is analyzed with finite element, and the effects on temperature field caused by many factors, such as water cooling medium, heating temperature, thickness of plates and maaterial, are studied. This work is helpful to further studying stress field with thermal elastic - plasticity theory.
