摘要
基于新兴技术的概念和特点,在前人对技术不连续创新的研究基础上,讨论了新兴技术形成的必要条件是技术进步和应用扩展的不连续的共同作用,由此探讨了新兴技术的形成路径.
According to the concepts and characteristics of emerging technologies and the studies about discontinuous innovation by per-scholars, it discribes that alternate process of the discontinuity between the technological advancement and the technological diffusion is the essential condition of emerging technologies. Then it points out the formulation paths of emerging technologies.
