摘要
高等学校的科技创新工作要依靠学科搭建平台,依靠平台培育团队,依靠团队承担重大科研项目,依靠重大项目提升平台和学科层次.兰州大学在2007年1月召开的"科技与社科工作会议"上明确提出:要实现科技创新必须走特色发展之路;要建设一些对全局和科学发展有重大影响的学科,办出特色、办出水平,争创国内外一流学科;要充分凝炼并发挥特色和优势,实现以特色求创新;要加大学科的交叉与融合,组建科技创新团队;要打造有特色的重点科研基地,以科技创新提升科研水平,实现综合性研究型高水平大学的建设目标.
The innovative work of colleges and universities should follow the form： Depending on subjects to form the platform, depending the platform to cultivate the scientific research team, depending on the scientific research team to assume the key scientific projects, and depending on the key projects to improve the platform and the hierarchy of subjects. In ＂the Technological and Social Science Conference at Lanzhou University＂ in January, 2007, a series of consistent principles in innovative work are put forward： The realization of technological innovation must follow a way with its own characteristics, must construct the most influential subjects, must develop the subjects to the flint-class level, must exert the advantages in the subjects to realize the innovation, must strengthen the development of interdisciplines, must form the technological innovation teams to create the key scientific research base with its own characteristics, and must rely on the innovation of scientific technology to realize the goals of an advanced comprehensive research-type university.
